| SA Consulting recently designed and executed a complete Public Affairs plan for The Asia Foundation's Pakistan office to position it positively with relevant stakeholders from Government, Civil Society and the Media. This included developing key messages to be disseminated through appropriate interactions with Policy Maker call on meetings, media opportunities and partner interactions. This well defined strategy was developed keeping the fact that TAF (The Asia Foundation) has been an active friend of the people of Pakistan for more then 5 decades and is positioned today to further add value to the development efforts of Pakistan by delivering well over $20 million in aid per year to Pakistan on current plans. These key messages were deployed during the visit of a high level Foundation delegation visiting form the United States, consisting of the Chairman of the Board, The President of the Foundation and a Member of the Board of Trustees. This was the first high level delegation to visit The Asia Foundation's Pakistan office after several years and it was felt appropriate to mark this occasion in a robust manner. As a result, high profile events and interactions were executed in the form of a Corporate Reception at TAF's new office, a well attended Media briefing organized at a local hotel, electronic and print media interviews were arranged, meetings with important government stakeholders, partners, & donors were arranged and communication tools such as Corporate TAF Intro Kits were produced with DVD's to further disseminate information of the Foundation and its programs worldwide and in particular in Pakistan. The Public Affairs strategy successfully positioned TAF prominently and positively with Pakistani stakeholders and has developed the ground work for the Pakistan office to further nurture its relations with these diverse key stakeholders, execute their programs vibrantly and communicate and articulate their challenges and successes more effectively domestically and internationally, internally and externally. SA Consulting used its wide range of experience as a full scale Public Affairs entity to bring forth its expertise in government relations and strategic communications to address the client's requirements and meet its challenges successfully.
