Comprehensive understanding of the complexities of tribal / feudal culture and socio-political institutions and their interrelationship with governance issues. Assist companies in liaising with indigenous communities on all sensitive issues such as land negotiations and acquisitions, local employment, income generation etc by establishing an effective two way dialogue between all internal and external interfaces so that the core vision of the organization is communicated effectively. At the same time, effectively making the organization understand the social, cultural, economic and political ethos prevailing in the community by constantly monitoring public opinion and making strategy accordingly.

Extensive experience in working with Civil Society Organizations on a host of development issues such as poverty alleviation, rural/ urban development, community mobilization, micro enterprise development, educational issues and issues pertaining to women and children.

A decade of interaction, with donor agencies and representatives, has given  an insight into studying the latest development paradigms, and articulating Pakistan’s perspective on various development issues.

Extensive experience in dealing with security related matters especially in the E & P sector provides an added perspective to stakeholder management. A very strong network of good working relations with Federal and Provincial law enforcement personnel and agencies has been built over the years and is utilized to benefit the  organizations served.
